I am currently recruiting for a Branch Resourcer for my client’s offices in Leeds, working for a fantastic National Health and Social Care Agency.
The role will cover all aspects of resourcing for Temporary Carers, Support Workers and Nurses. I am looking for someone who can attract and build relationships with candidates for the social and private care sector.
You do not need to have that specific sector experience as they are open to sector as long as you have previous experience in a resourcing role or similar.
They are open on salary for the right person, but in the current market, you will certainly get a good base increase, and they have a rewarding commission structure paid on achieving signoffs.
