Recruitment Consultant – London – Hybrid - 4 days home-based – up to 35k
Do you have an interest in all things Fashion and Beauty and want to work with some of the world’s leading brands?
Our client specialises in recruiting high-calibre candidates for luxury and mass-market lifestyle brands. Their consultants work within fashion, beauty and medical aesthetics markets and have built excellent professional relationships with leading names throughout the industries. They recruit throughout the whole lifecycle of a product, for a wide range of brands. These include fashion, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, spa, personal care, beauty accessory and associated products.
Recruitment Consultants wanted across several teams
Desks they would like to hire onto:
- Beauty
- Lifestyle (this can be fairly open, for example, fashion or luxury food & drink) .
- Manufacturing (Beauty sector).
- Aesthetics.
2 Consultants: 1-3 years experience in any sector with a passion for beauty; they need to be happy to commit to a minimum of 1 day a week in London (Holborn).
1 Senior Consultant: 3 + years experience in any sector with a passion for beauty; they can be home-based with the commitment to being in London every other week or once a month.
Salary up to 35k, low threshold and then 25-30% on everything.
Working with beauty brands - Charlotte Tilbury, Este Lauder, L’Oreal.
