Specialise in senior-level candidates working to £60k - £150k salaries, but that’s just the average. They have also dealt with salaries as high as £1 million!
Average fees are £20,000k - £22,000.
Average billings are £250,000 - £300,000 a year - BUT SOME CONSULTANTS ARE BILLING £100K A MONTH!
Discourages long hours. Their working hours are 8am – 5pm / 8:30am – 5:30pm with an extra 1 hour and ½ a week to allow employers to follow their personal passions during the working week.
