Salary: Salary 30k-40k

Inhouse role:

The ideal candidate will be comfortable dealing with new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective operators. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of plant operators for future & present positions.

  • Conduct interviews via phone.

  • Register operators based on interviews.

  • Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates.

  • Be able to fill all hires that are given to the recruitment department.

  • Negotiate pay rates & check references.


Qualifications:

  • Previous recruitment experience in plant operators trades & labour.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.

  • High energy and passion.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.

  • Previous experience in plant hire & trades & labour is essential.

Resourcers must have Temp Trades and Labour experience (ideally recruiting Plant Operatives)
