Recruitment Resourcer
Salary: 30k-40k plus commission

My client is looking for another person to join there team in the wonderful world of recruitment!
Based in Leeds my client is looking for a Resourcer to support there well-established NHS Healthcare desk.
They supply healthcare professionals such as Nurses and Support Workers into NHS trusts throughout the Leeds.
Your Role Will Include (The Official Part)
Booking candidates in for shifts by using online portals and systems.
Sending text message confirmations.
Chasing availability.
Candidate Attraction & Advertisements (Job boards and Social Media)
Vetting candidates.
Taking candidates through the compliance process.
Completing administration & compliance tasks as required.
Full training and development will be provided for the right candidate, all we ask of you is:
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels both in person and over the telephone;
Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, workers and colleagues;
A positive outlook and the ability to think "out of the box" to maximise opportunities;
Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload;
