Our client is a boutique systems integrator and top-tier Microsoft partner, designing
and delivering high-quality technical, team augmentation and recruitment solutions to 200+
global clients, including famous names such as Deloitte, Church of England, Pret, CERN, as well
as various councils, universities and colleges.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead the recruiting process from start to finish. Your
responsibilities would include posting job ads, doing initial screenings, conducting phone
interviews, and scheduling interviews. The ideal candidate will liaise with hiring managers and
candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. Ideally, you will have strong experience within
an IT recruitment company, either as a resourcer/180 delivery consultant or a 360 consultant.
An advantage would be if you have worked within the Development, Integration, Cloud, and
data markets. Ultimately, you’ll help the company find and hire the most talented people for
their open roles. If you’re enthusiastic about the world of recruiting, experienced in technology
recruitment, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator, we would be happy to meet you.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to discuss their recruitment requirements and establish the right skills, experience and qualifications for each position.
• Create benefit-led adverts and posting on job boards to effectively attract target
talent.
• Screen candidates and review applications to match them to suitable clients.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle for several dedicated open positions, from the creation of the requisition through to the onboarding.
• Answer candidates’ queries and update candidates on the hiring processes.
• Source candidates through various means – online job boards, LinkedIn, networking,
referrals etc.
• Provide process updates to hiring managers and respond to incoming applicant enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow the agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills
• Extensive agency recruitment experience, ideally within the technology sector.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process.
• Knowledge of employment law affecting recruitment practices.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage a high-volume workload across several
tasks.
• Ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Drive and determination to achieve set objectives.
